Business Connector for MultiArchive is a browser-based web solution that can be used by company employees as well as collaborators.

Business Connector collects and displays all documents from MultiArchive in a simple and convenient overview. Users do not need to be a trained specialist in MultiArchive to work with Business Connector.

"Google like" search

The "Google like" search boxes make it a breeze to search for customers, customer number or miscellaneous documents.

It allows detailed search using dates and date ranges or the document type e.g. invoice or credit note. Each user is locked in the security level they have been cleared for. The system is in this way protected against unauthorized search the archives. Business Connector for MultiArchive also makes use of group profiles giving e.g. “Sales” automatic access to relevant sales documents.

Fax and Email

All documents are listed in a comprehensible overview. It is easy to display and/or print the documents. Users also have the option via a right click to fax or e-mail a given document.

Fax reguires BlueSeries FaxE-mail requires BlueSeries or InterForm

Business Connector allows you to select individual documents that will be merged in ONE single PDF file. That file will be displayed in a new tab in the panels. This PDF document will also prove itself practical when printing or sending e-mails.

It is possible to make a direct call with a customer number from a 5250 command line. This will activate a browser session displaying information on exactly this customer.

Add new processes

The Business Connector is designed with IceBreak. This means that the portal can be adjusted on individual bases. A right click defaults to fax & mail - but more processes can be added on request. A new process can for example be "Approve Order" that will activate another program - and thus add the document as a cog in the company's overall workflow.

Business Partners and customers can have permanent access to their own transactions and relevant documents.

Adapted layout

The actual layout of the Business Connector's is very flexible. This means that all of, or parts of the web portal easily can be adapted to existing ERP systems and / or websites. This includes even small details as correct use of logo and colour.

New elements of daily handling can be added as needs evolve. Let for example access to MultiArchive be determined by trade, order date or location.

There is also support for displaying IFS documents.
